Achievements:
Prey Peas Health Center is the main facility serving all 20 villages. And services are limited; VHSGs play a critical role in promotion and referrals.
▪ Successfully mapped 20 villages across the two communes:Tbaeng Commune 15 villages and Trapeang Ruessei Commune 20 villages, But we are selected 5 villages first.
Households : 4310
Famililes: 3883
▪ Engaged effectively with commune/village authorities, VHSGs, health leaders, and school representatives.
▪ Established collaboration with Go and Do Organization, NGOs, and local partners.
▪ Documented education, religion, health, and socio-economic structures of the area.
▪ Identified youth volunteers and VHSGs for future project activities.
Challenges
▪ Poor road access during rainy season affecting travel to some villages.
▪ Limited health resources at Prey Peas Health Center.
▪ Education infrastructure gaps in remote schools.
▪ Youth migration reduces the pool of active volunteers in certain villages.
