Household Survey Orientation Workshop on 29th September 2025 at PMCI Office, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Purpose:
To introduce all participants to the Boeung Trabek Child Development Project (BT-CDP) – CFK and Boeung Trabek –NCD Community Management Project-PMCI, establishing a shared understanding of its goals and the critical role of the household survey as a foundational activity.

Finalize a detailed fieldwork implementation plan, complete with precise target area maps and a practical daily schedule for data collection.
Definition of Clear Role: Stakeholders understood their responsibilities in supporting survey implementation at the village level.
Capacity Building: Data collectors gained hands-on training in using the digital survey tool.
Partnership Strengthening: Collaboration was reinforced between PMCI, CFK, commune/village authorities, and community youth.
Field Survey Preparedness: The team finalized survey procedures, ethical standards, and practical coordination for smooth field implementation.
