Project Title: Boeung Trabek NCD Case Management Project
Participants: 17 persons, commune chief, village chief, primary school director, police post, NGO partner (ChorogUsan), church leader, PMCI staffs.
PMCI officially organized the Project Launching and Case Management Opening Ceremony to formally introduce the Boeung Trabek NCD Case Management Project to key stakeholders and community members. The event marked the official commencement of project implementation and the operationalization of the Case Management approach within the target community. This project aims to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable children, families, and individuals through integrated support services, strengthened community coordination, and structured case management processes.
The Objectives:
The ceremony was conducted with the following objectives:
• To formally present the project’s objectives, scope of intervention, and expected outcomes.
• To introduce the Case Management approach and explain its methodology and benefits for vulnerable children and families.
• To clarify roles and responsibilities of local authorities, partners, service providers, and the PMCI project team.
• To strengthen coordination, collaboration, and referral pathways among stakeholders.
• To promote shared ownership, accountability, and commitment for effective project implementation.
• To publicly mark the official start of project activities in the Boeung Trabek community.
