On February 17th _ 18th, 2026, the People for Medical Cooperation International (PMCI), in collaboration with– Preah Norodom Sihamoni Reacha Prek Spean Primary School Prek Spean, conducted two days medical outreach mission in Prek Spean Village, Kampong Preah Kakir Commune, Boribo District, Kampong Chhnang Province. This initiative aimed to support the local community by delivering essential healthcare services, focus on eye care, Oral care, acupuncture and general medical treatment.

Eye Health Services
- Pre-made eyeglasses distributed: 60 pairs
- Sunglasses: 13 patients

The mission saw a high engagement rate of people hearing the Gospel, proving that medical service is a powerful "bridge" to sharing faith in conservative or remote areas.
Challenges
Weather Extremes: February heat in Kampong Chhnang can lead to patient exhaustion while waiting in line, potentially affecting blood pressure and glucose readings.
