Purpose: PMCI will support this mission by providing mobile medical services, including mobile X-ray, General Consultation, Optic Services.

❖ General Health Consultations: 111 Patients (Male: 24| Female: 87)

❖ Optic Services: 75 Patients (Male: 22| Female: 53)

▪ Pre made glasses: 65 Pcs

▪ Sunglasses: 17 Pcs

▪ Make glasses: 04 Pcs

Key Lessons Learned:

Close collaboration with local volunteers is key to guiding patients efficiently.
The team supported each other in each role, although some locations were understaffed.
There were minor changes to the location plan, but all issues were resolved successfully.
